The wedding will be taking place at the Utopia Blu Hotel which is in Tingaki.

The ceremony will be at 6pm but there will be pre-drinks and nibbles beforehand.

For those people who are not stopping at the hotel, we will need to grant you access by arranging guest passes. This pass will mean you are treated as residents and as such you will be entitled to the All Inclusive facilities including access to the pools, bars and restaurants.

As standard you will be allowed access from 2pm, however, if you are interested in using the facilities from 9am please let us know as we are able to arrange this for you.

We have opted to have a BBQ after the ceremony, the menu will not be finalised until we are in Greece, but we have planned to have:

Steak, Lamb, Pork, Chicken, Prawns & Halloumi.

Selection of Sides, Salads and Breads.

If you have any special dietary needs then please let us know. This includes those people with children. If you would prefer them to have a kids meal such as chicken nuggets or pizza etc, then let us know what they would like.

Everyone has access to all of the bars in the hotel so please feel free to go and get drinks. Just a side note that only local branded drinks are all inclusive.

After the meal there will be some short speeches which will be followed by a DJ.

We are just looking to have a fun and relaxed evening with family and friends!

There will be a photographer on site but would welcome you sharing any photos that you take of the day.

As we finalise plans we will share the updates with you.
